clean rooms professional staff good breakfast funny smell poor area
The lobby staff had true professionalism. I commend them for it. The rooms were clean too. Although we had to pay for breakfast, it was GOOD!!!
My room had a funny smell. It was a bathroom type of smell. It was annoying. The immediate area outside the hotel was not great.

Decent Stay with a Few Issues
breakfast options fresh linen
The breakfast had many options. I appreciated that. Staff kept the room clean every day with fresh linens. I thought the service was the best thing for my family.
The room I stayed in had thin walls. I could hear the guest next door showering, and this was very disruptive. It was very noisy.

odd smell slow toaster
The room had an odd smell. It seemed like a bathroom or damp smell. It wasn't very pleasant. The view from the window also disappointed me. The toaster was slow, too.

Quiet Area and Excellent Staff!!!
quiet area excellent staff fresh linen
I was happy that the hotel was located in a quiet area. Getting downtown was an Uber ride away. The staff was excellent. Every single one from the desk to the restaurant was super. Housekeeping staff made sure the room was up to date with fresh linen every day. I appreciate it!!!

transport links trained staff hotel parking public parking
The location was good for accessing transport links. You can easily walk to bus stops and the underground. I also appreciate the breakfast, IT had good variety with well trained staff.
I was unlucky on arrival at reception. The person on duty could not give instructions to the hotel parking. I ended up paying more at a public parking lot.
