attentive stafffood varietyreally good service
i REALLY appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk staff. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food options. the bar service was really good, something i value highly.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I COULD sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

mixed experience with some disappointments

the location was fairly convenient to public transportation and some attractions.
i found the room's design impractical the shower leaked significantly onto the bathroom floor after each use it made the space quite slippery and unsafe. furthermore the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy it disrupted sleep. the noise made it hard to relax or focus on work within the room.

The hotel is conveniently near the metro red line, easing travel. The staff quickly resolved an a/c issue in my room. The hotel included pods for the toilet and shower, a DIFFERENT setup. Cleanliness was evident and appreciated throughout the facilities.
i noticed a slight inconvenience because some minor repairs were needed throughout the room.

I had to wait an excessive amount of time because one was out of service. The bathroom design also bothered me. The sliding door lacked proper closure, requiring extra effort.
