the hotel had a great rooftop bar and pool. i would prefer it to be adults only though. service was excellent throughout the hotel. the beach is a ten-minute walk. a tram to the city is a five-minute walk.
The staff was not friendly in general. Maybe one or two were. breakfast was ok, but coffee machines were turned off around 10:15 am. it made it impossible to have a cup after that as breakfast finishes at 10:30 am. staff started clearing up at 10 am.

Really good stay at the Hotel

The hotel location is convenient, near the peaceful Playa de San Juan (i even took a morning walk there). There are many parking spaces available, a great advantage. The restaurant had magnificent food and the staff was both helpful and professional. i was particularly impressed by the sky bar view.
I found the shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash holders kept detaching from the walls (it surprised me). The plastic material seemed cheap. This occurrence seemed like a safety risk.

The breakfast had a great and diverse selection. I found many options available. The buffet included a variety of dishes, with Spanish cuisine well represented (i especially liked the paella!). Everything was well-organized and clean.

My room was spacious and clean. The mini bar came well-stocked and reasonably priced. The private terrace offered ample space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-kept (i noticed the attention to detail). The rooftop pool and bar provided excellent service.

Excellent Hotel Near the Beach

I appreciated the new-built hotel being just a few blocks from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. My room included a balcony with a pool view, and this gave me the opportunity to relax. I also enjoyed the option to visit either the pool or the 10th floor (it was nice!).
Hotel advertisement was a bit misleading, the older and newer parts are different. If you want the nicer rooms, you need to book one with a balcony. Otherwise, you might end up in the older part of the hotel. The doors were slamming often.

The hotel is near Playa de San Juan. This is a peaceful area with the best beach. There is plenty of parking available in the immediate area. The hotel is conveniently situated near a big supermarket.

The Double Room Terrace offered a modern design and included all necessities. The room temperature was comfortable at night. The cleaning staff maintained the room thoroughly each day. The room was spacious enough.

The hotel has a nice terrace with views of the pool. There are pools both on the rooftop and on the front side of the hotel. The rooftop bar is open sometimes. The downstairs pool bar and restaurant are consistently open.

The staff cleans rooms daily without being asked and refills supplies efficiently. The staff throughout the hotel is very friendly. They provided excellent service, meeting expectations. Front desk service was quick.

Lovely Hotel Near the Beach

The location was very good. It was only an 8-10 minute walk to Playa San Juan, a beautiful beach. The hotel was also a short walk to a big supermarket. I appreciated the quick tram access to the city.
I found that the hotel lacked proper storage in rooms. I noticed electrical items could come unplugged easily. The sockets seemed a little loose. I suggest some improvements in these areas.

the hotel offered me a double room terrace. it was modern and very clean. a bus stop to the city center was very close.. only one or two minutes away. the journey took just twenty minutes. the rooftop pool bar was fun. i enjoyed the cocktails and live music.
the gym needed manuals and training bars.
