dirty windows street noise

my room have windows so dirty i almost couldn't see the view i was suppose to saw. it make me sad because i want to look outside. also, the windows didn't closed tight, and i hear noises from the street all the night. the room don't have robes or slippers, so i seemed like i was missing things.

clean room spacious room convenient location

the room was amazing! it was a beautiful double or twin room and very spacious. the cleanliness was top notch and i enjoyed the tasteful decorations. the hotel location was great for visiting turia gardens and the science museum, which i did!

the window blinds did not fully cover the window, letting in a bit of light.

great location friendly staff clean hotel

the location worked very well for me. it's near oceanographic. it was super easy to visit the museum and other attractions. the staff was friendly. the hotel was clean.

i was disappointed in the information about the pool. i thought it was open in may. it should have specified june to august.

helpful staff breakfast variety small room poor soundproofing

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had so many different options to chose. it was a pleasent surprise.

the triple room was too small for my family. the modern design sacrifices comfort, specially in the bathroom it have a see-through frosted glass wall. the window let too much noise get in, so i use earplugs to sleep.
