The staff seemed genuinely friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that the location was so close to the airport! The on-site restaurant had excellent food and lots of choices. I really liked the free coffee machine they have in the lobby for early departures. That was a total lifesaver.
The pillows are awful.

The hotel features free parking outside, though secure parking is also available at a reasonable cost. A spa is available to relax, and I noticed many people using it! The airport bus stops right by the hotel, a big plus.

There is both a restaurant and a snack bar. I appreciated the variety of options available! The food was reasonably priced considering the superb quality of the dishes. The restaurant's garden setting created a first-rate dining experience.

The reception staff spoke English and organized a taxi for me that cost only 11 euros. I got early check-in, which allowed me to return my rental car promptly. They really delivered excellent customer service. I felt welcomed!

the location was acceptable it was close to the airport
the room had a strange smell like sewage i think room 117 had an open-plan bathroom which was uncomfortable dust covered the shelves and mirror breakfast disappointed me there were no vegetables and the jamón looked unappetizing i would have preferred to eat at a cafe

the room was super clean i found the bed comfortable. the staff were friendly and cute i appreciated the efficient service. the breakfast was nice and the outdoor setting created a relaxing experience. the hotel's proximity to the airport was useful.
this caused some confusion i thought the price was higher.
