the staff was cute. the pool and restaurant were managed well. the facilities were clean and in good condition. i found the breakfast excellent, and staff accommodated food allergies very well.. i liked the bathroom a lot. as a retired nurse, i noted it would serve disabled patients well.

I booked this hotel because it was close to Peppa Pig World. The hotel is only about a ten-minute drive. Rooms are very spacious. Our room had two separate bedrooms. The food was great with children eating for free, and the playroom by the restaurant was super handy.
MANY people were showing up without reservations for breakfast.

Dinner was GREAT. The kids' menu had excellent options. Breakfast was also good and had a varied selection of items available. The hotel clearly has a proper chef. They take good care in the food preparation.

The hotel isn't in a picturesque area. it's close to the M3/M27. This made getting to and from the hotel very simple. Southampton is a short drive. Paultons park is near.

Staff were excellent. They were really friendly and helpful in the main reception. The staff in the bar and health centre were also very nice. I was allowed a late check-out. This was a huge help for me.

the staff members were so cute from reception to breakfast i appreciated that. cookies and milk for children at night was a lovely touch. beds felt super comfy to sleep on after a long day.
i was charged parking fees and found that disgusting. i was asked to pay additional fees for the car park. the receptionist didn't want to take any responsibility when i rang them.
