decent stay with some issues
undercooked meatdelayed refund
i found the room service disappointing . the meat was severely undercooked, and i was told that this is 'how it comes'. i worried about getting sick. a refund was promised, but i did not receive it until i asked at check-out. the whole situation was frustrating.

the room included a well stocked mini bar, alongside some snacks. the bed offered a big comfy space. the hotel is close to the beach. this location suits a relaxed holiday.
i noticed the coffee and tea were not replenished during my second day.

a nice stay

the room had amazing facilities provided. there was a great tea and coffee selection available. i also enjoyed raiding the mini bar and the breakfast in bed was top notch. the hotel is set in an excellent and quiet location about 10mins walk from the beach.
certain things in the room like the toilet the shower and the window sill were not as clean as could be

staff are very friendly and cute and go out of their way to meet your needs. the staff were very accommodating in letting us switch rooms and they even moved our belongings for us.

the bedroom was very comfortable nicely decorated clean and quiet. we liked the bathroom mattress and bedding lighting plentiful electric sockets comfy armchairs air conditioning fridge. the room was perfect and beautifully decorated.

the conservatory dining room is fine and the garden area is lovely. food is excellent and breakfast was delicious. we recommend the toast à l'avocat and the drinks are enjoyable too.

the location was excellent for the beach park and shops including a great deli. there is beautiful evening walk down to the beach followed by a quick trip to the chain ferry. the hotel is in a quiet area.

mixed experience, some issues encountered
stretched staffundercooked meat
the staff seemed very stretched. there was nobody at reception when i arrived. the computer system also seemed to cause issues. i had already checked in online (i thought this would save time) but i had to redo the process upon arrival. this made everything inefficient. the room service experience was very poor too. i sent back my meal because the meat was undercooked. they said that is 'how it comes' (i did get a refund after querying it upon check-out).

A Superb Stay

I was really happy with my room. It included air conditioning and a fridge, very useful. The garden seating was open, even with covered areas for rainy days, that was good. The staff were all friendly and helpful too, always with a smile.
The roads around the location do get busy, because people are parking for the beach or residents.

The staff helped decorate the room for a proposal, and nothing seemed like too much bother. Chelsie and the others were very helpful. They were attentive and proactive with all requests.
