i found the hotel conveniently located near the bus stop.. it provided easy access to strasbourg city center without the hassle of driving. the breakfast buffet included a variety of options, such as pastries, fruits, and cold cuts.. i also liked the free parking available at the hotel, a definite plus with cars.

the bathroom needed some improvements.. i noticed rusted pipes that did not align with the expected standards of a 4-star hotel. i found this issue detracting from the overall experience.

the toilet door wasn't exactly a door, more like a suggestion of privacy because it rolled sideways and had a rather large gap. i could practically see my travel partner on the loo. also, the room temperature hovered around a balmy 25 degc, i guess its not the worst, just a bit too warm

the staff was friendly. my room overlooked the lake, a great sight to wake up to. breakfast had a good selection, i especially liked the pastries (the croissants were delicious!). the hotel is near a bus stop for easy access to the city center.

the universal comfortable temperature is 22 degc. the room was set at 25 degc.

the hotel's location provided a super calm place, removed from the city's hustle. its situation allows for a calm atmosphere and is still close enough to Strasbourg city center with easy public transport access. the vicinity features a very nice surrounding for a walk.
