the staff was friendly, i guess, and the room looked clean at first glance.

There were no tea or coffee things in the room, just cheap. the bed seemed like sleeping on rocks. I woke up with a backache. the shower had pressure issues, it kept switching from a trickle to a blast of hot water, i almost burned myself.
