The breakfast had good options (I especially liked the fresh pastries). Free parking was available right in front of the building. The room upgrade I received was a welcome surprise. I was given a room on the ground floor rather than in the basement.
The smart TV did not connect to the internet, so I could not use its smart features. An extra radiator was provided to address the cold, however I feel that a better heating solution should be available.

Free parking is provided to all guests. The parking area is located directly in front of the hotel. The hotel location provides straightforward access to nearby destinations, I had no issues moving around.

The beds feature comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillows for reading. The rooms were modern and clean (this really stood out). The bathroom includes quality hygiene products and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

i found free parking to be a definite plus. it was so useful to have an iron and ironing board in the room!! that was a very nice surprise. i appreciated the spacious breakfast area.
The shower had a drain that wasn't working properly. i noticed evidence of this issue on the bathroom floor. requesting my personal email for security reasons then signing me up for the loyalty program even though i specifically said i didn't want that shocked me. i asked the morning receptionist to remove me. It has been a week and i am still a member.
