I found the staff helpful and friendly. leaving my bags in their holding space while i went away for two days was very convenient. the food available was excellent. I enjoyed every meal.
the doors aren't very soundproof! there was some noise from outside that i could clearly hear in the room.

The hotel is close to damascus gate. it's about a ten-minute walk to the blessed al-aqsa masjid. This proximity. the area felt safe, important to me.

the noise level was quite bothersome, as i heard street traffic throughout the night and the room's soundproofing was bad. the breakfast selection was limited, i expected more variety considering the hotel's rating.

the staff was helpful and always available. breakfast was plentiful and varied each day, i really appreciated that. the cleanliness of the room was perfect, i felt so comfortable there!!!
the elevator was a bit slow at times.
