wonderful apartment, great amenities
essential dishesfriendly staffconvenient locationnoticeable smell
i found the apartment to be well-equipped with essential dishes in the kitchen i was also pleased with the beautiful tea provided i found the front desk staff helpful they were friendly and approachable at all times the location of the hotel was definitely a win for me it was very convenient.
the room i stayed in had a noticeable eggy smell throughout the stay i had to keep the windows open and the fan running constantly to mitigate it other guests i spoke with on different floors mentioned experiencing the same issue.

the front desk provided excellent service with helpful and friendly staff members the team was always ready to assist with directions and information enhancing the overall experience at the hotel.

the kitchen featured essential dishes for simple meal preparation i also enjoyed the beautiful tea selection provided this allowed me to have a comforting beverage without needing to venture out immediately.

the apartment's location was a significant advantage the hotel provided easy access to key areas and attractions simplifying transportation and exploration i could walk to several points of interest easily.

the flat was located on a high floor and gave a wonderful view of the river and the city skyline. a gym and pool were available for use i tried only the pool. a well-equipped kitchen included a dishwasher full-size refrigerator and laundry facilities

damaged picturesunreliable internet
The furniture showed its age, especially noticeable were damaged pictures hanging on the walls. the internet connection was unreliable. I spent a frustrating hour trying to fix it with the provider. getting an invoice after my stay took an unreasonable amount of time and effort, involving multiple people. the bed was only passable in terms of comfort.

the location was great for getting around. accessing various eating places was very easy. the apartment suited our needs well.
i found the room could have used a better cleaning job. also, i noticed a step up into both bathrooms, which posed a bit of a hazard so that wasn't ideal.

The location allowed easy access to key attractions. The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found a heated pool available . Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit.
The in-room safe deposit box required a new battery, but it was promptly resolved.
