Average stay, some issues noticed
road noise shower trickle
Our room felt cramped, more like a single than a double. The noise from the main road was INTENSE. I had to use earplugs to sleep. The shower was a trickle, especially when others used water. IT was barely enough to rinse my hair.

fantastic stay
spacious room modern bath complimentary oils
the room was spacious and recently upgraded with a modern grey, silver, and black colour theme i found the bathroom fantastic it included a large modern bath and a separate top-quality shower cubicle i appreciated the complimentary bath salts and oils provided.
i found no coat hangers in the room and those available were too flimsy to hold our clothes.

the manager was very pleasant and helpful i am grateful he was on hand throughout my stay and responded to my questions quickly i was welcomed warmly upon arrival.

the location is excellent for access to nearby attractions everything was conveniently accessible i found the hotel to be modern the public areas were well-kept and inviting .

while there wasn't on-site dining i discovered several restaurants and cafes within a short walk of the premises this made it easy to find a variety of options nearby.

the room was very clean and well kept the bathroom included both a bath and a separate shower the decor was modern and tastefully done creating a relaxing atmosphere.

mixed feelings about my stay
low water pressure uncomfortable bed
the location was good for getting around to different places.
i was disappointed with the water pressure in the shower it was barely a trickle i couldn't wash my hair properly the bed wasn't comfortable either i could feel the springs digging into my back the room felt quite cramped and not very relaxing at all.

sloping roof poor water pressure
the location was acceptable, it was close to attractions.
the room i got, the attic room, was a real letdown because of its sloping roof and i kept bumping my head at night. also, the water pressure was very poor, so a proper shower wasn't possible. i even found a used vape and an empty plastic bottle from toiletries in the ensuite, which shows it wasn't cleaned properly.

The LOCATION is great! It is close to attractions. I also found a friendly welcome on arrival. The place had great value for money.
The standard double room felt more like a single room (it was TINY!).
