river view mountain view housekeeping support poor ventilation room spiders small room
The location offered a clear view of the river and mountains. The train station was about a 10-minute walk. The support staff, particularly housekeeping, provided good service.
The room lacked proper ventilation , so the air felt stale. There were spiders in the room, unpleasant. The room size felt small for two people.
