I loved how close it was to the train station. It made getting around so easy. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the hotel was very clean. This helped me feel safe and comfortable .
the room was a bit small for two people with luggage. it would be better with a bit more space.

the hotel is very near the Kamata JR station and it was easy to move around. the staff was very kind and they spoke english fluently, i especially appreciate the indian gentleman at the front desk! he was helpful . the onsen was clean and modern, i enjoyed it after a long day.
The room was a bit small. I think I should have booked a bigger one. it was still manageable though.

Tons of restaurants surround the station. It's the first place i have stayed with such variety within a short walk. Many izakayas were lively even late at night and offered plentiful choices. i really didn't need to worry about where to eat.

the hotel is convenient for getting to the airport, and central to many must-visit spots. it was a bit far from some major sites, though ready to travel is important. the location was perfect! though a bit busy sometimes.

the rooms were recently renovated and had a unique design with multiple uses. the beds allowed luggage to slide underneath which saved space. beds slide together to create benches and eating areas. the bathroom had a powerful, modern shower.
