excellent location clean room
the location is excellent, right next to the jr station. i found it convenient to access department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores. the room i stayed in was very clean.
The bath towel had a stain. I didn't notice it until i was already in the shower. i had no other choice but to use it.

the hotel provides a guest lounge located in the lobby area. it offers complimentary drinks . i saw that the hotel has direct access to the train station, very convenient.

The staff was polite and helpful . I appreciated their attentiveness. i noticed staff was generous with storing bags when i extended my stay. they moved my bags to my new room, while i was out.

the breakfast included many local dishes and some western options. i did not order breakfast in advance. but at check-in, they offered a discount when i booked it the same day.

lingering smell unclean shower floor
I wasn't happy about the smoking smell in the room, even though i booked a non-smoking room. it lingered. the bathroom towels also had some stains. That really bothered me. the shower floor was not clean, either.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities!
train station easy traveling
I ABSOLUTELY loved that the hotel is right next to the train station. It made traveling so easy. The lobby staff were VERY cute and check-in was quick. An in-room safe provided extra security for my belongings.
The hotel has smoking rooms and, unfortunately, my room smelled like stale smoke, unpleasant. I think the hotel should consider better ventilation or more thorough cleaning for these rooms.
