the location is excellent, right next to the jr station. i found it convenient to access department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores. the room i stayed in was very clean.
The bath towel had a stain. I didn't notice it until i was already in the shower. i had no other choice but to use it.

The staff was polite and helpful . I appreciated their attentiveness. i noticed staff was generous with storing bags when i extended my stay. they moved my bags to my new room, while i was out.

I wasn't happy about the smoking smell in the room, even though i booked a non-smoking room. it lingered. the bathroom towels also had some stains. That really bothered me. the shower floor was not clean, either.

Convenient Location and Great Amenities!

I ABSOLUTELY loved that the hotel is right next to the train station. It made traveling so easy. The lobby staff were VERY cute and check-in was quick. An in-room safe provided extra security for my belongings.
The hotel has smoking rooms and, unfortunately, my room smelled like stale smoke, unpleasant. I think the hotel should consider better ventilation or more thorough cleaning for these rooms.
