Excellent Stay Downtown
central location friendly staff complimentary coffee filtered water
The location was really great. I found many lovely cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly. They allowed me to check in earlier than usual. Filtered water was available downstairs, and there was also free coffee.
The hot water didn't always work consistently , a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was really good. It offered a satisfying start to the day. There is a bar and restaurant onsite, providing convenient options.. The hotel is also close to numerous cafes and eateries.

My room was simple, clean, and tastefully decorated with beautiful, hand-painted walls. Mosaics and a huge window overlooking a street lined with tall trees added to the room's charm. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel provides filtered water on the first floor, a helpful amenity. I appreciated the availability of tea also on the first floor. Wi-Fi worked very well throughout the building.

The location is awesome, very close to subways and buses. I found it a short distance to some attractions. The area feels very safe and beautiful to walk around at any time.

Awesome stay! This place is a treasure!
central location friendly staff spacious closet
This place is great. I really liked the central location. Lots of places were close. The staff was friendly, which i loved. There were plenty of mirrors in the room, rare. I love seeing that. The closet area had plenty of space, and having an elevator was very handy.
I noticed the shower didn't drain very well. It pooled up a lot when i used it.

The room was spacious. It had a large television. The rooms were nicely decorated and large. Hot water and good shower pressure, what a treat! The room had good shower pressure.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, this. The staff resolves everything quickly. They changed the bedding and towels daily, so great! They let me store my bags after checkout.

This location is super! Many lovely cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There is plenty of drinking and eating places in the area. It's easy to walk around, and it safe area, i loved that.

charging devices welcome addition
the room had usb outlets for charging devices , a very welcome addition. the breakfast offered a nice start to each day , which i found very convenient.
the water never got quite warm enough.

unclear information distracted staff
The room i got was not quite what i expected. It was a bit different from the pictures. clearer info about breakfast would have been appreciated upon arrival. often the staff seemed distracted. It lacked the warm, hospitable feeling i was hoping for. the elevator only went to the fourth floor, yet my room was on the fifth. it was a small thing, but it would have been good to know beforehand.
