The staff was very friendly. They always helped me with information. the location is near the ferry docks, it's only a short walk. lots of restaurants are nearby too. i appreciated the easy access.
My room was not initially satisfactory, it seemed designed for a single person. i found it a bit small for two. It was smaller than i anticipated based on the photos. i booked it through a third party.

the building itself felt historic and charming. the gardens surrounding the hotel offered a beautiful setting to relax in after a day exploring the island.
