helpful staffnoisy streetancient air conditioning

the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations, which i guess is their job.

my 'double room' faced a noisy street, so sleep was fitful. the air conditioning barely cooled the room, and i suspect it was from the stone age. it rattled more than a vintage car (i am being serious).
