the room was spacious and it included an electric kettle i also appreciated the mini fridge the staff was helpful when i needed assistance the hotel is near metro and bus stops so transportation was easy i found a shopping mall just around the corner that was very convenient. it helped me to quickly get anything i needed.
i noticed the hotel lacked air conditioning during the winter months this caused the room to get uncomfortably warm i had to open the balcony door to sleep.

i found the location very convenient. the metro and tram lines were just a short walk away. i also liked that a shopping center was so close (it was great for picking up necessities).
the coffee from the machine lacked a robust flavor.

the room was not very clean i noticed dust on the lamps and the water glasses seemed unwashed also i found strands of hair in the bed it made me question the overall hygiene additionally the telephone in the bathroom was broken and very dirty it was in a terrible condition
