small gymcrowded breakfast
I was a bit disappointed by a couple of things. the gym was really small. It barely had any equipment. also, the breakfast got quite crowded, and it was hard to find a clean table sometimes. it seems they need more space or staff during peak hours. the air conditioning was not great.

the gym, pool, sauna and salt room made for great relaxation. i especially liked that they offered a playroom for children. the breakfast had many options and there was a juicer to squeeze my own juice (so fun!). i also refilled my water bottle with plain and sparkling water available on every floor.
I noticed dust in some areas. the minibar in my room was empty. It would be nice to have at least a bottle of water upon arrival.

the staff was very professional and helpful (a special shoutout to David at the lounge bar!). fluent english-speaking staff members greeted me upon arrival. staff can help with directions to various attractions.

The room was not entirely clean. I found tea packaging and other trash on the floor upon arrival. The air conditioning did not function. The hotel provided a noisy fan that did little to cool the room.

The breakfast buffet included diverse options. it featured miso soup, which I appreciated. The wellness area was accessible from 6:00 to 23:00. A GREAT benefit. The fitness center and sauna were also available.
the room felt a LITTLE stuffy. the bathroom door did not completely shut.
