The pillows were awful. they were so flat i barely slept. the wi-fi was also unreliable, it kept disconnecting every few minutes. I needed it for work, but it was just too unstable. also the room was too warm. the air conditioning barely worked at all

the breakfast offered a Very Good selection and its quality were great. the location was a considerable advantage because it was close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and it was always helpful.
my room faced the street and street noise were quite noticeable. THE Wi-Fi signal in my room it was sometimes unstable. the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.

The location provided easy access for city exploration and offered many restaurants nearby. The room included a glass bottle for filtered water with refill options. Reception staff facilitated quick taxi bookings, and complimentary coffee and tea were available on the mezzanine floor. A suitcase storage room was available after check out to allow for further exploration before heading home.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street sounds and hallway conversations were easily heard. This impacted the overall experience.

Breakfast hours are convenient between 7 AM and 11 AM, nice for flexible schedules. I saw many options during service, with multiple choices for hot and cold foods. The dining area looked clean and well-kept.

The room size was a joke. Barely enough space to turn around, I think. And don't even get me started on breakfast. The pastries tasted like they were from last week! The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by acknowledging my existence.
