The staff offered prompt assistance with taxis and directions. My room had full-height windows, providing great natural light. The smart tv worked very well, providing easy access to entertainment. I found a good armchair and desk useful.
The hallways were somewhat dimly lit, making it a bit hard to see at times.

slow responsenoise levels
i wasn't happy with several aspects. the room was smaller than expected. also, the staff's response to issues was slow. they didn't seem to be well-prepared, made things worse. i also found the noise levels disturbing at times.

i was a bit annoyed the gym was so small it barely had any equipment. the breakfast was pretty average too nothing special at all. it was like they were cutting corners there was no variety. i also noticed the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear everything going on in the hallway.

I found the breakfast service quite efficient. Staff promptly cleared tables. i also appreciated the availability of fresh fruit juices each morning. the included toiletries were of a decent quality, a nice touch i noticed.
the elevator music got a bit repetitive .
