i had a room with a garden view (it overlooked a charming inner courtyard). the breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food was fresh. the staff was responsive and solved a small issue with the tv quickly.
the gym equipment was a little outdated.

The room was spacious, and i found the bed very comfortable. there was a coffee machine with complimentary tea and coffee. the fridge included water which was nice. I appreciated that. the closet had an ironing board too. the staff was very helpful and professional. I was grateful.
the room faced the street, and i noticed some noise from early morning deliveries.

our upgraded room, located on the top floor, featured views in three directions. the room was spacious and included a large en-suite bathroom. we also found a supermarket right across the street from the hotel (very convenient).

the location was fantastic. the city center and major sights were just a short walk. the hotel provided fast access to central activities. a shop across the street was handy for snacks.
the standard rate felt overpriced. i received a significant discount, worthwhile, but the standard rates may need adjustment. i think this could be better for other guests.

The location was VERY convenient for accessing main attractions.
The bathroom door did not close properly. It did NOT fit the frame, and it jammed. The shower gel dispenser fell off the wall. I found it that way upon arrival, and it remained unfixed throughout my stay. This NEEDS attention.
