I found the staff cute and helpful throughout my stay. the hotel's location was ideal, with access to many key attractions. the room was very clean and well kept. Housekeeping restocked amenities daily without request.

i noticed the instant coffee in the room was not in line with the hotel's overall quality.

I found the staff very polite. They assisted with all questions. The aqua di parma shower gel and hand cream were a nice addition. I also received a farewell gift.

I noticed instant coffee was available in the rooms. I was taken aback by this.
