some issues
faulty tvnoisy air conditioning
i had some trouble with the room i was assigned to. the tv didn't work and it took a long time for someone to come fix them. also, the air conditioning was noisy. i told the front desk, and while they were polite, the problem persisted throughout my stay.

the hotel sits just behind train street, providing easy access. i found many sights within walking distance. this made exploring very easy and convenient! many restaurants are nearby as well.

superb reception staffcheck in processwater marks
the reception staff seemed superb during the check in process, acceptable.
I booked a suite and discovered mould on the ceiling. It was really frustrating. there were watermarks, and it was obvious there had been a leak they hadn't fixed.
