The staff were helpful, and the location suited me. complimentary beverages and fresh biscuits were available. the building had character. the lounge areas were comfortable. i appreciated the wood beams, chandeliers and overall design. the breakfast was great with homemade products. i found the street calm. i slept very well. it was a nice touch to serve coffee with sweets during the day. i was happy to have such a quiet hotel. the location proved fab and central. parking was available right outside, i was lucky. the bedroom was very beautiful. the bed proved super comfortable. The pillows were great! the courtyard felt beautiful and relaxing. the location put me right in the heart of town. i could walk to many gorgeous restaurants. the staff provided information about the area when i asked.
The lack of a fridge in the room was a small inconvenience. The furniture was slightly gothic.

staffs are nice. the hotel sits in a fine village near avignon. it felt really quiet plus peaceful. the room was really comfortable plus clean!
the shower immediately flooded the room when used, after around 2 minutes. it was so bad the water covered the bathroom plus the bedroom floor. i found this very inconvenient.

breakfast have a nice selection, good for kids plus adults. i saw no meat, but have a big choice of sweet pies plus buns. there were several cheeses, juice. fresh orange juice, i liked it.

the outdoor areas is gorgeous, such a peaceful place, i felt. i used the terrace enjoying the sun plus the garden, the best thing! there is free public parking nearby, it is a 5 minute walk.

Breakfast offered a nice selection for adults. The hotel arranged for bike rentals directly, a very convenient service. Staff members provided assistance and spoke English well. The town possessed a cute, quiet charm.
The shower water would flood into the bathroom and bedroom after just a short use. This issue was quite bothersome, especially first thing in the morning.

the building has a beautiful design. the staff provided very friendly service. i also appreciated the great location that allowed easy access to local amenities. refreshments were available in the lounge during the day.
there were two flights of stairs that i had to climb. the room had zero space and felt crammed. the room also lacked a fridge and kettle which would have been useful.
