just okay, some issues
acceptable locationbad wifinoise problem
the location was acceptable, near restaurants and shops.
The wifi barely worked. I could not even use my own data. our room lacked shutters, letting in too much light early in the morning. the noise was also a problem, waking me up at 6 am.

the hotel is close to the ferry terminal and main tourist attractions. it is a short walk from the port. i left my luggage with the hotel and explored the town. the room was well furnished and comfortable there was also a lift.
the lobby and room were slightly cluttered with decorations.

the staff was friendly and helpful i arrived early and they stored my luggage. they provided useful advice for tourists and offered assistance with directions. i felt very welcomed .

i enjoyed the breakfast offered it included homemade treats. various options were available in the breakfast buffet. the staff ensured i had refills of my beverages. the dining area was clean and well maintained.

the location is inside the medieval walls and it provides access to the ramparts. the hotel is near the bus stop for mont-saint-michel. restaurants and shops are very close. the area catered well to tourists.

the room included a bath and shower. the hotel has a lift , made it easier to access upper floors. the hotel provided easy access to public transport options. the hotel provided comfortable accommodations.
