convenient location comfortable bed breakfast variety helpful staff
the location proved very convenient with its proximity to the station. my room was acceptably clean and had a comfortable bed. breakfast offered a satisfactory variety of items. i found the staff generally helpful .
The lobby area felt somewhat small. Space was a bit limited.

Breakfast featured a selection of pastries, cereals, and hot beverages. Items were restocked regularly. a coffee machine and juice dispenser were available. the dining area included about twenty tables.

my classic double room had a television, a small desk, and a wardrobe. the bathroom included a shower, a sink, and complimentary toiletries. the room had air conditioning, however it was not very effective. windows offered some ventilation.

The front desk provided basic assistance. I asked for directions. staff offered luggage storage. check-in required presenting identification. staff spoke english.

The location was great near the station. the staff was helpful. the rooms were clean. They felt essential, good enough for a short stay.

excellent location friendly staff multilingual staff weak air broken bar inadequate cooling
the location is excellent. the hotel is right next to the main public transport hub. the staff is super friendly. i really liked the multilingual staff.
the air in the hotel doesn't work very well. the force of the air is weak. i think the cooling is inadequate. the towel bar in the shower was previously broken.

low ceiling insufficient cleaning
The room felt cramped. The ceiling height was noticeably low in certain areas (a potential issue for taller individuals). i also found the cleanliness lacking. dust and cobwebs were visible on the ceiling grates. it suggested a need for more thorough cleaning beyond just the floor.
