convenient stay near the basilica
ideal location modern touch luggage storage
the location proved ideal for exploring, especially with st anthony's basilica nearby. i easily accessed the train station by tram, a short walk from the hotel. the staff readily stored my luggage, really convenient before check-in.
The room lacked essential items. I missed having a rubbish basket. also, there was no complimentary water provided daily, and i was charged extra for it. i found this inconvenient and not very helpful.

Wonderful stay near the Basilica
expert cleaning staff helpful restaurant tips comfortable bed
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The receptionists offered helpful restaurant tips. I found the room spacious and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was adequate but not really good.

The breakfast included lots of options I love. The location is supreme, it is near everything! I also had a double or twin room and it was really nice.

mediocre stay near the basilica
limited selection uninterested staff
The air conditioning didn't work and i was told it was centrally controlled, meaning i couldn't adjust it myself. this made the room uncomfortably warm at night. also. the breakfast was a letdown. the selection was limited and the quality wasn't great. i also noticed the staff seemed uninterested in restocking items that had run out. It was quite frustrating.

fantastic stay near the basilica
amazing location friendly staff quick taxi
the hotel is right next to the basilica di sant'antonio , and the prato della valle square is very close. the train station is accessible , about a 30-minute walk. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with calling a taxi , and it arrived quickly.
the hotel charged me 140 euros for water i asked for , which was unexpected. they should have informed me about the cost beforehand. i will not return to this hotel because of this.
