Wonderful stay near the Basilica

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The receptionists offered helpful restaurant tips. I found the room spacious and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast was adequate but not really good.

There is no obvious wiring from the ceiling. The hotel provides a cute set with care products, very kind.

mediocre stay near the basilica
limited selectionuninterested staff
The air conditioning didn't work and i was told it was centrally controlled, meaning i couldn't adjust it myself. this made the room uncomfortably warm at night. also. the breakfast was a letdown. the selection was limited and the quality wasn't great. i also noticed the staff seemed uninterested in restocking items that had run out. It was quite frustrating.

fantastic stay near the basilica
amazing locationfriendly staffquick taxiunexpected water cost
the hotel is right next to the basilica di sant'antonio , and the prato della valle square is very close. the train station is accessible , about a 30-minute walk. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with calling a taxi , and it arrived quickly.
the hotel charged me 140 euros for water i asked for , which was unexpected. they should have informed me about the cost beforehand. i will not return to this hotel because of this.
