the breakfast had varied and plentiful choices. i particularly enjoyed the extensive fresh fruit choice. the staff seemed very helpful. the air conditioning you can control, a needed item in the summer weather.
the wellness area i saw was very small. a guest only gets a limited hour each day. i also had to make a reservation to use it.

the hotel gave me a room on a high floor, which i found very thoughtful. i stayed for six nights. the staff are helpful, and the hotel remains peaceful. all areas were always clean.
i found a small issue with the spa. the wellness area allows only one hour per day, and reservations are necessary. the salt room requires an extra charge. this detail wasn't readily apparent.

I really enjoyed my time! the staff were very personable and helpful. i also thought the rooms were stylish, and the bed was super comfy. It even had two types of pillows! the included daily spa time was a huge plus. breakfast had delicious, varied options. Dinner at the restaurant featured amazing food, i tried the elisa salad and loved it.
the wellness area is a little small. you can only use it for an hour per day with a reservation, a bit inconvenient!

the hotel is conveniently located about a 10-12 minute walk from skanderbeg square. i found this proximity to be ideal, it allowed me to easily explore many shops, tourist sights, and restaurants. i felt the location was very nice!
