This hotel has a prime location in the city center. Everything is accessible by foot. The hotel features large underground parking with four floors, made arrival easy. Staff were professional. The beautiful room measured 52 square meters. It had large windows offering city views. Breakfast was good. There were many options available. Staff were quick to help.

slow room serviceobstructed exits
the room service seemed slow i waited over ten minutes for someone to answer the phone for in-room dining the phone line had static and noise the bathroom floor flooded when i showered also heavy decorative items blocked the emergency exits this made me uneasy about safety

the location was very central close to many attractions. i found the breakfast choices to be substantial and well prepared. i liked how engaging and helpful the staff were. our driver was knowledgeable and very willing to share his experiences.
the minibar had extra costs involved for basic items. i found it odd there was a charge for tea and coffee in a room at this price point. panoramic windows were not panoramic so i think the extra cost isn't worth it. a standard room would have been sufficient.

The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The shower stall had only a half glass cover (i liked that style). Water inevitably splashed onto the floor outside of the shower area.
My experience was somewhat disappointing. The room service seemed slow (i had to wait for over 10 minutes for them to return my call). The lack of carpets made the room echo a lot.
