The reception staff were amazing, explaining everything about the hotel. They provided printed pages with what to do and see. The rooms are big, and the bathrooms have hot water with perfect pressure. I appreciated the bus station in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the city center.
I found that the rooms were not completely soundproofed. I could hear some noise from the corridors, slightly disruptive early in the morning.

The breakfast was great with lots of options. i liked the pool. It was clean and relaxing after a long day. the location worked well because it was very close to the bus terminal, so traveling was easy. the staff helped me find my way around, which i appreciated.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. It was a bit slow.

The restaurant had a good variety of meals. The food was delicious. i ate there twice and enjoyed both experiences. the servers were polite and prompt. This made dining pleasant and easy.

the room was spacious enough for me (i had a double room). the hotel offers a spa area and i found it very nice. i also appreciated the very delicious breakfast with a large variety of food options.

I thought the staff are helpful. The cleaning lady found two pillows I prefer. The spa offered massages. The restaurant provided good value meals. The breakfast features a good selection of both savory and sweet options.
The rooms were not soundproofed. I could hear people talking in the corridors at 6am.
