The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet included numerous options. Good coffee was available each morning. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room for luggage.

I could clearly hear street noise in my room. The entrance door was not properly isolated. I could hear hallway conversations, even with a do not disturb sign.

I requested a taxi to the airport at 4 am and confirmed it twice. the staff did get another taxi promptly (which i appreciated). i also requested box lunches. The staff were very friendly and helpful otherwise.

i found the hotel lacking variety at breakfast. a continental breakfast option with cold cuts, jams, and cheeses would be ideal. also, the coffee temperature and butter consistency for pancakes could improve.

the buffet breakfast included chilaquiles, beans, steamed vegetables, eggs, and some meat-based protein. vegan options included fruits and beans, though i was informed the beans were cooked with oil. the steamed vegetables tasted like they had butter.

The hotel is within a fifteen-minute walk from el zocalo. I found this convenient. it is easy to access the historical center (perfect for sightseeing). the location is also near a metro station.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness (especially when i needed a taxi). the reception, restaurant, and security staff were all excellent. they were friendly and willing to assist with requests.

The noise was really noticeable. i heard everything happening in the hallway (conversations at all hours). it was difficult to get any peace. also, the breakfast setup was strange. I had to request a card every morning which felt unnecessary and a bit suspicious.

I appreciated the staff. They were friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options. I found fresh food like real fruit juice, eggs, and bread.

The hotel had poor soundproof. I could hear noise from the street. A housekeeper took my t-shirt and it was never found.
