i loved the hotel's central location near the nipponbashi bridge. the staff were very helpful. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was great too.
the wi-fi signal in my room was a little weak.

the room had a tv with youtube and netflix, good for entertainment. there were three beds which was very suitable for two adults and two small children. the room was also cleaned daily, which i very much appreciated.

i found a receptionist who helped me a lot. her name is yoha and she speaks english good. the location is perfect i think. it is in the middle of the heart, on the main street. it was central, but also very quiet. i like reading and hanging out in the lounge. there are free drinks there.
the bathroom had a weird scent. it didn't go away and bothered me. i thought the ac would help the smell but it never did. even the air freshener couldn't fix that.

the location was acceptable because it was close to dotonbori street.
Our room smelled bad including the restroom. we thought having the ac on would help circulate the air. It never got rid of the smell. we sprayed the air freshener that is provided, that still didn't help.
