fantastic stay near union square!

The location was so convenient! i walked to many restaurants and bars. i especially liked being so close to union square. The walk was easy. i really appreciated the valet parking, although it cost $55, it safe area and secure. casting netflix from my phone to the tv was a great plus!
the noise from the heating unit was quite noticeable, i couldn't run it during the night.

The staff was friendly and helpful . They offered great assistance. willow, the receptionist, welcomed me with great kindness and professionalism. i felt very supported and cared for. the team seemed committed.

My room was bigger than i expected and very clean. It had a nice, decent view. the bathroom was also clean, which i always appreciate. the bed was comfy. I enjoyed a good nights sleep. everything felt fresh and well kept!

there is a restaurant right in the hotel that seems super tasty. i noticed there was also a dinner open 24 hours just across from the hotel. many options are available close by. these nearby options added extra convenience.

i felt okay all time walking around the neighborhood at night, reassuring! being close to union square and powell station was also a big advantage. valet parking ensured the car was safe. the hotel provided great peace of mind.

The walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear everything. every. thing. from neighboring rooms. i also had trouble with the tv. It seemed like something from the stone age and the picture quality.. let's just say it left something to be desired.

The check-in was fast. The staff provided great assistance. I also had excellent communication with them. The room was clean. I also appreciated the secure entrance after 7 pm. I found it a great option in the Union Square area.
The pillows were a LITTLE uncomfortable.
