friendly staff spacious area connected restaurant
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vibe was AMAZING!!! The common room areas are spacious. There is a cafe and restaurant connected to the hotel.
The breakfast lacked variety. The options were quite modest.

convenient location beautiful design friendly staff
I found the location quite convenient, being a short walk to Nezu metro station. The common area had a beautiful design. The staff were friendly, especially during the complimentary happy hour..
The walls were quite thin, and I heard neighbors frequently. The breakfast options lacked variety.

The rooms were not quiet. I could clearly hear people in the corridors. The bedding felt a bit old. The comforter under the sheet had a yellow tint.
