the staff were very kind and polite. they answered all my questions. the design was very elegant.
the breakfast was not varied and rather modest. the choices were limited. i found the dryer was slower than i would like. washing clothes took longer than expected.

I found the location quite convenient, being a short walk to Nezu metro station. The common area had a beautiful design. The staff were friendly, especially during the complimentary happy hour..
The walls were quite thin, and I heard neighbors frequently. The breakfast options lacked variety.

The rooms were not quiet. I could clearly hear people in the corridors. The bedding felt a bit old. The comforter under the sheet had a yellow tint.
