the location was convenient.
The staff seemed unprofessional, and that bothered me. I paid extra for a late checkout, but they still called early to rush me. also, there was no apology for the mistake. I expected more careful service at this price.

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, hindering a restful sleep. the absence of sufficient space for luggage within the room proved inconvenient. I found myself frequently reorganizing my belongings to navigate the limited area .
