I adored the proximity to ginza and yurakucho station. It was just a short, precious walk. the value shone. the hotel had a smart tv and a massage chair in the room. these were happy bonuses.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to several subway lines including the Ginza station. The proximity to the shopping area, the Imperial Palace, and other attractions made exploring very easy. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they were able to assist with my luggage and ship it to my next destination.

I found the air conditioning system a bit inconvenient because the temperature reset every day. This meant the room was warm when I returned each afternoon.

the location was great. i could easily access many places. the staff were friendly and they stored my bags while i visited other cities for a few days.

The wifi connection was not stable, unfortunately. i had some difficulty with work because of this. the bathroom did not have proper soundproofing. I could hear everything.
