the lift passes were arranged via reception. ski lockers were allocated at the lift station. i did not have to walk through town with skis. the room cleaning team folded duvets in different ways.

I found the classic room disappointing and it lacked a balcony. the bathroom was also small. It was difficult to move around.

The hotel had a super-central location. lockers were located at the foot of the galzig lift. the train station was close. This made travel convenient and accessible from the hotel.

The hotel provided food of superb quality. breakfast and dinners were amazing. I was impressed by the variety. the dining room setup contributed positively to the dining experience! though the buffet dinner one night was cancelled.
