i found the staff to be pleasant and informative. the location is great for exploring the older parts of the city. i appreciated the proximity to the cathedral and the wide variety of nearby restaurants and cafes.
the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as i could hear footsteps from the floor above.

The location charmed me. It felt so central. the room was big. I was like i could dance in it. the historic building had an ambiance i adored. It was like stepping back in time.
Some ladies at the reception seemed unfriendly during check-in. the walls felt thin. I could hear noises from other rooms, it was disturbing. the code system to open the door, even when the receptionist was there, made no sense.

i found the location to be excellent, right in the heart of everything. the staff was very helpful, especially with directions and local tips. the hotel's historic ambiance was something i really appreciated. the building felt authentic and well-kept.
the noise from upstairs was quite noticeable . i could hear footsteps and movements, affecting my sleep somewhat.
