inconsistent stay with notable issues
heated floors inadequate discount
the location was acceptable. it was near the city center.
i found several issues unacceptable. the air conditioning was permanently set to 24c and the heated bathroom floors were radiating heat into the room. i explained my medical condition made me sick in the heat, but the staff offered only a 15% discount. i will dispute this charge with my credit card.

The breakfast offered nice variety of choices. The restaurant area has lovely daylight. the room was spacious and clean. It was a positive experience.
The air conditioning squeaked so much they turned it off. This made the room very hot. the furnishings were dated. The tram was noisy late at night.

excellent recommendation local restaurant
The gentleman at reception was helpful. He provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. He even managed to secure us a table at a popular family-run hotel named HAS. The food there was the best i had during my trip..
I noticed an odd smell upon entering the building. The overall appearance seemed a bit worn and old. I struggled to understand how to use the safe, annoying.

The staff was cute and very informative, offering assistance throughout my stay. Matije from the breakfast restaurant delivered excellent service. The reception service was great, managing all requests quickly and efficiently.

helpful staff large room odd smell clear instruction
the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was large, well equipped, and clean. i enjoyed the comfortable beds. dinner was very good and the breakfast was excellent.
i found the odd smell in the hotel to be a bit off-putting. the instructions for using the safe were not clear to me. this was quite annoying, i must say.

modern state bright lobby spacious room convenient parking
the hotel presented an elegant, modern state of art. the expansive lobby was bright. the rooms were spacious and lovely. i found parking conveniently located right next to the building.
the instructions for the safe were a bit unclear, it was a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast offered a variety and the quality seemed very high. The food and beverages were excellent. i noticed the staff wore white gloves. They were young and excellent. the service was excellent.

The room was spacious. It provided a comfortable environment. i especially liked the large bathroom equipped with everything i needed. i also appreciated the inclusion of dressing gowns and slippers.

dog bed helpful staff
i found the staff helpful. they quickly managed parking outside the hotel when i arrived. breakfast was good even though i sat just outside the restaurant since dogs weren't allowed. there was a dog bed and bowls for water and food in the room.
the fitness center had limited equipment. it included one treadmill and one bike.
