The breakfast offered a very calm atmosphere and civilized surroundings. That was welcome.
The room lacked a minibar, quite inconvenient. I found the selection for room service very limited. It didn't meet expectations. These things impacted the overall convenience, and I hope they improve in the future.

The room lacked a minibar, which I found inconvenient. I also had some trouble with the elevator. The badge access wasn't explained well upon arrival (it was annoying to figure out). The room itself felt a bit small for the price I paid, especially since there was no bathtub. these details detracted from the experience.

i was charmed by the early check-in thanks to alejandro and bryce. the complimentary wine at check-in was also a really nice touch. i loved the lobby had fruit, pastries and cake, so lovely.
i found no minibar in the room. the limited room service options made late-night cravings a bit tough.
