I really loved the staff. They were super kind and helpful when i arrived late. the room was clean! a nice view of the courtyard was available from the window while i was getting ready in the morning.

Quiet Location and Helpful Staff

Mixed Experience, Some Positives, Some Issues

The location was in a quiet neighborhood. This aspect met my expectations.
The electricity went off at 11 PM and was only restored in the morning. There was no apology for this considerable inconvenience. The receptionist acted as if the fault was mine. This was unacceptable. I would have expected some compensation or at least an expression of regret.
