The location is superb. I found it close to major attractions. the staff was helpful. they sent daily updates via whatsapp. i appreciated the comfy room and bathroom.. super clean. the breakfast offered many choices.

The ac blew directly on the bed. I could not adjust it.

The hotel sits on a quiet side street, a short walk from hagia sofia and the blue mosque. It's really central. the basilica cistern is also easily accessible from this location.

Breakfast service was excellent. The waiters were attentive. i enjoyed the food served during breakfast very much. the kitchen staff was very open to requests and readily available.

The staff organized tours, taxis, and airport transfers. Basically anything you could ask for. the reception staff are really friendly. They also communicate via whatsapp, a bonus. they helped with attractions being closed.

The staff was amazing. They helped me book restaurants and gave recommendations.

the breakfast had low quality, it was a little disappointing. My room faced a WALL, not a pleasant view. THE AC was noisy and i couldn't adjust it.
