The staff were helpful and kind. Pinar assisted with every question. The breakfast included variety. The hotel offered free coffee, tea, and soft drinks from morning until late at night. The room was very clean daily.

The pool was cold. The pool area and sauna felt cold. The gym seemed small and low.

The room included slippers and various toiletries. i found fresh towels every day which was very practical. the hotel provided a sim card for internet access and a public transport card. It helped a lot. they also offered a complimentary welcome cocktail and cakes.

The automatic lights in the room needed some adjustment. They kept turning off when i opened the door. it was a minor annoyance though!

The hotel location was superb, everything was nearby. It was very easy to get to all the main attractions. tram and ferries are just a short walk from the hotel. buses and the metro are also easily accessible.

breakfast was filling with many delicious and fresh options. i ate on the 11th floor enjoying amazing 180-degree views. i could see the galata tower and the asian side of the city from my table.

There are two pools, one with warm water. the hotel also offers massage services. the turkish bath experience was nice. I felt very relaxed after using it.
