This location IS GREAT. It's near Shijo station. The front desk people were helpful to me. They advised about sending the suitcase. The room was nice, i think its designed for comfort.
I saw the air conditioning had issues. It wasnt optimal. I noticed it was either too cold or too warm. This needs attention.

The location was quite central, near the subway and several bus stops. It made getting around simple enough..
The room felt smaller than expected. It was a bit of a squeeze with luggage. more concerning was the noticeable lack of thorough cleaning upon arrival. i found some dust and stray hairs in the bathroom and the floor didn't seem properly vacuumed. this initial impression dampened the experience somewhat

The location proved excellent. I could easily reach Nishiki Market and various dining options. The staff was friendly, offering helpful assistance. I particularly appreciated the luggage storage facilities since my travel schedule required both early and late arrangements.
The window in my room opened to a brick wall which wasn't great.
