Excellent Location and Friendly Service

The location was central. It offered easy access to main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and local tips! The room was very clean upon arrival and housekeeping maintained it well . I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the evenings. I could rest undisturbed.
The room size was smaller than expected. It felt a bit cramped with luggage.

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring many sites. It is near multiple metro stops providing easy transportation throughout the city. I observed that the hotel is near the Galeries Lafayette, offering convenient shopping opportunities.

The hotel features a small lounge area near the reception! I also noticed there is a bar that is decorated with a Gustav Klimt theme. There is no elevator, though staff assisted with luggage upon arrival.

Acceptable, but service lacking
unclear behaviourempty plates
The staff showed some amateurism. I asked for wine at the bar, but the bartender struggled to find it. After a LONG search, I received it in a whiskey tumbler. the breakfast buffet attendant did not refill empty plates. Scrambled eggs and cheese were missing, and the attendant seemed UNAWARE.
