The staff provided personal care and amazing service. I felt very well looked after. drinks at the bar were delicious. i definitely recommend this place.
The parking was small. If i moved my car in the evening, i couldn't find parking later, this was quite inconvenient.

the location is good with just a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. the hotel is in a quiet residential area. it's convenient and accessible.

The breakfast was perfect. Fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, and tasty pastry were available. omelets were available on request. there was also a smoothie machine.

all of the staff are really friendly, especially those at reception. the staff arranged airport transfers, very helpful and polite. they provided prosecco vouchers when celebrating with family!

the breakfast buffet was copious. i found good food choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. the staff was helpful and kind. the hotel location allowed easy walks to the town and the beach.
the room did not have shower gel. the jacuzzi water was not hot. i saw dirt in several places. some sunbeds looked torn.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. Air conditioning worked very well and there was a nice balcony. I used the airport transfers the staff arranged. The sauna was also included.
The bedroom needed more storage space.

The reception staff provided assistance with a packed breakfast for my early departure at 5 am. They made a cappuccino before I left. The staff always took time to speak. I appreciated the helpful service.
