I found the staff very helpful with directions! they also arranged a taxi to the train station early in the morning. It was a big help. the room had good air conditioning. they stored our luggage all day. I could explore without carrying bags.
the room was a bit small, opening my suitcase was hard unless i put it on the bed, the photos made the room seem bigger

the room was spacious, that was great. the hotel had easy access to both tram and metro lines. the hotel staff was VERY helpful. they kindly let me leave my bags after checkout, since my flight was later.
sound isolation was not great.
